Starting a project

After the preparatory studies phase and according to the time phases to be implemented during the establishment phase, the project building phase was divided into a group of steps as follows:

The project Location

There was a range of options for many regions in Turkey. One of the most important of them was the Trakya region, which is a very rich region with all the requirements of livestock and agricultural resources, relatively close to Istanbul, the economic capital of Turkey, and the port of air and sea export. The choice fell on Kerclareli, in the Turkish region of Trakia.

The purchase process was on a scheduled time break within the health and functional conditions for transporting cows, and the process of milk production and births was started. .

 

Preparing a mechanism for contracting with legumes, vegetables and fruits farms

Extending over large areas in the region of Turkey in particular, and Turkey in general, in order to determine appropriate conditions for storage and preparation for shipment at the internal and external levels, with an air or sea export process according to the global conditions for transactions between countries in this field.

General objectives of the company

The establishment of the company exclusively in Turkey and in the Tra Kia area had several goals and motives, the most important of which is the availability of all the products required in this place and the ease of access to them internally or in the import or export stage through Istanbul’s economic capital airports from here, starting planning to set general goals for the company:

1- Working to secure quantities of milk production and its derivatives that help in supplying the internal market and export according to the data of the internal and external markets.
2 – Work to secure quantities of slaughtered meat for the internal market.
3 – Work to provide quantities of cows, calves, sheep and poultry for export operations
In accordance with the terms and standards of international export quality, according to the requirements of all parties to be dealt with.
4- Working to secure all kinds of vegetables, legumes, fruits and all derivatives of this field to prepare them for the export process according to the conditions required locally and internationally in terms of quality and packaging for these products in order to reach customers in excellent condition.
5 – Working with global quality and professionalism to secure a fertile environment for the quality of dealings, build mutual and continuous trade relations, and approve exclusive agents for us in a group of different countries.
